Aids Ministry / Altar Servers / Bereavement / Breakfast Club / Church Cleaning / Crop Walk / Cursillo / Worship Environment / Eucharistic Ministers The Aids Ministry here at MBS consists of raising the awareness of the members of the parish as a whole to the devastating effects of this disease with the intention to create a spirit of compassion for those inflicted with this illness, as well as their families. This group of parishioners prepares and serves breakfast on the second Sunday of each month (except July and August) from 8:00am to noon in the school cafeteria providing a social atmosphere for the parish community. In addition, members prepare food for other parish functions and fundraisers including Breakfast with Santa, Cornerstone, and the Annual Appreciation Dinner. Breakfast Club

Group Through this program during Advent, requests from various relilgious and service groups put ornaments on the tree in the Church foyer. Parishioners provide the gifts listed on the tags. The Inter-Religious Fellowship for the Homeless is an ecumenical group dedicated to providing assistance and shelter for the homeless. Services include a walk-in dinner program in Hackensack, an overflow shelter at the Presbyterian Church in Franklin Lakes and the Emergency Family Shelter in Englewood. Inter-Religious Fellowship
This ministry for children in Grades 1 through 5 takes place during the 10:30 am Sunday Mass. During the Liturgy of the Word, children are taken to the chapel where they hear the Sunday readings adapted to their age level. They return to the worshipping community for the Celebration of the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Liturgy of the Word with Children
The Ministry of Mothers Sharing creates in women an awareness of our inner selves, while at the same time teaching us new ways to inspire, encourage and affirm each other. Through the process of personal and spiritual growth, women have the opportunity to understand their values, claim their own giftedness and bring these strengths to their family relationships and to the Christian Community. Music Ministry / Oakland Care Center / Pre-Baptismal Program / RCIA / Christian Initiation for Children / Respect Life / Sacramental Linens This group dedicates time to sharing the Catholic faith with those seeking to become members of the Roman Catholic Church. Through the use of Scripture, Prayer, and Catholic Doctrines, non-baptized inquirers are led through the process of formation that leads to Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist. The process also welcomes baptized Catholic adults who wish to complete their Initiation by receiving the Sacraments of Confirmation and/or Holy Eucharist. Active adult Catholics are invited to participate as parish sponsors and team members. RCIA
